He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank F. Epperly, Sr. and Macie Marie Turman Epperly; his brother Frank F. Epperly, Jr.; and his half-sister Sylvia Spangler. He is survived by : his daughters, Jill Epperly Caldwell and Kim Epperly Cawley; his sisters, Ann Ferrell (George), Linda Bowles and Gloria Epperly; his sister-in-law Nadine Epperly; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Fike (Scott), Britney Cawley, Whitney Cawley, Makenna Caldwell and Blake Caldwell; and his great grandchild Reagan Fike. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.
