He was predeceased by: his wife Sadie McDaniel Adams; and his half-brother Gerald F. Stovall. He is survived by: his daughters, Nellie Tolley (Bill) of Vinton, Barbara Washburn (Dale) of Vinton and Lois Roche (Gary) of Roanoke; and his half-sister Diane McCrickard of Boones Mill.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Glade Creek Cemetery (3148 Webster Rd, Blue Ridge, VA 24064). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location.
