He was predeceased by : his father John Howard Lewis; his brother Danny Lewis; and his son Timothy James Lewis. He is survived by : his wife Susan Campbell Lewis; his daughter Mary Elizabeth Lewis Camden; his son-in-law Philip Camden of Montana; his children, John Lanier Lewis and Sasha Lewis Hartsfield; his son-in-law Seth Hartsfield; his mother Betty Bush Lewis; and his siblings, Karen Wilkinson (Ben), Darlene Campbell (Bob), Steve Lewis (Rosie) and Chris Lewis (Vicky). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
