It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Tippens of Monroe, Virginia, born in Piney River, Virginia, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Fletcher T. Cash and Josie Massie Cash; and her son Larry Pippin. She is survived by : her children, Mary Votaw, Linda Slusher, Donnie Pippin, David Pippin, Mike Pippin and Tammy Burnley. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
