He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Bayliss "Pete" Perkins and Olive Ruth Ellison Perkins; and his brother Winfred Wayne Perkins. He is survived by: his cousins, Beverly Moody and Jay Moody; and his friend Juliet Tisdale.
