He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pierce and Alice Pierce; his daughter Stephanie; his niece Lori Hedgepeth; and his close friend Paul Newton.
He is survived by: his sister Diane Walsh; his wife Darlene Pierce; his children, Ryan (Katie), Katy (Mike) and Scott (Megan); his grandchildren, Zoey, Connor and Riley; his sister-in-law Melissa; his nieces and nephews, Meg, Josh, Emily, Tommy, Brad and Dawn Hedgepeth; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maddie, Sienna, Lyla and Colin; his niece Evonne Hedgepeth (late Andy McMillan); his great-niece Karen Ganiard (Dave); his friend Steve; Jerry Hunt and Drew Hicks.
