She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Woods and Stewart Woods; and her brothers, Michael Woods, Sr. and Joseph Woods. She is survived by: her husband John Byers, Sr.; her children, John Byers, Jr. (Carol) and Darlene Byers Anthony (Jason); Jamie, Lisa Henley, Kelly Whitten and Timmy Phillips. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and many other family members and friends.
