She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Conley and Cora Conley; her siblings, Harold Conley and Ann Bryant (Henry "Mutt" Hayes); and her son Larry Hayes.

She is survived by: her brothers, Raymond Conley, Jr. and Norman Dean Conley; her children, Gary Hayes Sr. (Edie) and Brenda Kay Squires (George); her grandchildren, Mandy Hayes Wilkins (Gerald), Gary Hayes Jr. "Bo", Megan Moss (Justin) and Matthew Squires; and her great grandchildren, MacKenzie, Margaret Wilkins, Caroline, Elena, Peyton Hayes and Kailee Moss.
