"Chuckie" Samuels, Jr. (Brea) and Mary Virginia Samuels; her grandchildren, Charles III, Trevor, Shannon and E. J.; her siblings, Margaret Ann Quade, Mary Helen Quade, Albert Joseph Quade, Jr. (Debbie) and Margaret Elizabeth Quade (Doug Wise); her daughter-in-law Belinda Ann; her siblings-in-law, Jimmy Coates and Tracy Quade; and her siblings, Virginia Payne (George, Sr.), Anna Marie Coates, Albert Jerry Quade, Sr. and Francis Jospeh Quade, Sr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
