He was predeceased by : his parents, H. Leonard Packett and Celesta Jenkins Packett; and his brothers, Claude Packett and Stanley Packett. He is survived by : his siblings, Sherwood Packett (Sadie) of Warsaw, Norman Packett of Pennsylvania and Doris Christen of California; and his sister-in-law Ruth Packett of Montross.
