She is survived by: her husband Gary Edward Bailey Sr.; her children, Gary Bailey Jr. of Greenbackville, Virginia and Brenda Schneider (Robert) of Mechanicsville, Maryland; her brothers, Richard Russ (Debbie) of Sebastian and Kevin Russ of Dunkirk, Maryland; her grandchildren, Heather Hogan (Edward) and William Bursey (Joanna); and her great grandchildren, Hunter Childers, Gabriel Bursey, Cody Doss, Taylor Doss, Madilyn Hogan and Edward Hogan Jr..
