He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Beverly and Trent Johnson; and his children, Shannon Mastin (Russell), Jason Johnson (Robin), Jefferson Johnson (Stephanie) and Joseph Johnson. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
