Culver; her children, Russell Charles Culver (Lisa) of Rixeyville, Daniel William Culver (Lori) of Roanoke and Stephen Louis Culver (Tina) of Amissville, Virginia; her grandchildren, Russell Allen, Justin, Kenneth, Trisha, Trevor, Matthew, Heather, Jordan, Faith, Bailey and Parker; her brother Philip Gerber (Linda); her niece Sarah; and her nephew Josh. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, many other nieces and nephews.
