He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther V. "Fuzzy" Porter Jr. and Peggy Stevens Cashwell. He is survived by: his daughters, Lauren Hall, Ashleigh Sommers (Scott) and Kyleigh Porter; his siblings, Vicki Porter, Mary Hayes, John Porter (Marcel) and Stevie Porter; his friend Karen Peppers; his grandchildren, Henry and Eleanor Sommers; and his pet Ella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
