Howell (Brittany) of Bremerton, WA; his former wife Susan Howell of Dublin, VA; his uncle Paul "Sweet pea" Howell (Sandra); his cousins, Sylvia Whitmore, Gerald Parsons (Mona), Thelbert Silverman (Mary Ann), Ray Parsons (Gay), Pamela Graham, Sharon Smith, Dana Tuck, Steve Howell, Valerie Holdren, Teressa Dooley and Stephanie Kirkbride; his close friend Penny Burns; and his pets, Frank and Moki.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oakey's Vinton Chapel (627 Hardy Rd, Vinton, VA 24179). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
