She is survived by: her sons, Justin Cooper (Lauren Fraze) and Chase Cooper; her grandchildren, Carina, Birdie, Wonnie and Afton; her sisters, Melissa, Shannon, Tiffany, Chasity and Amber; and her stepmother Debbie Dooley. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
