He was predeceased by: his wife Jacquelyn Horner Walters; his parents, Joseph Walters and Virginia Walters; and his stepson Andrew M. Milburn. He is survived by: his children, Benjamin "Ben" Horner Walters and Clair Renee Heath; his son-in-law Bradley D. Heath; and his granddaughter Rosalyn "Rosie" Mae Heath. He is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
