She was predeceased by: her parents, Col. Allan T. Sylvester and Mary Virginia "Ginger" Doyle; and her siblings, Kathleen N. Sylvester and Mark A. Sylvester. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her son Martin Sullivan; and her brother Scott Sylvester.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service (6500 Iron Bridge Rd, Richmond, VA 23234). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Gabriel Catholic Church (8901 Winterpock Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23832).
