She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Pettus and Lorraine Coons Pettus; her husband Alva R. Lester; and her son Brady Donathan. She is survived by: her son Stacy Donathan; her sister Irma Vance; and her grandson Waylon Loving.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chesterfield Baptist Church (16520 Hull St Rd, Moseley, VA 23120).
