It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Perry of Mount Crawford, Virginia, who passed away on March 12, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Charles "Bud" Perry and Patricia S. Perry of Harrisonburg; his sister Linda Powell of Salisbury, NC; his sons, Jason Perry of Grottoes and Brandon Perry of Mt. Crawford; his daughter-in-law Tricia; his grandchildren, Braedon, Eva and Myra; and his nieces, Heather and Tiffany. He is also survived by numerous cousins, great nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral and Cremation Service (201 Dogwood Ave, Grottoes, VA 24441). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Rest Haven Memorial Gardens (29253, Harrisonburg, VA 22802).
