With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Lorraine Vann of Mount Jackson, Virginia, born in Quicksburg, Virginia, who passed away on December 27, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George McKenzie and Florence Leath McKenzie; and her husband Glenn Elwood Vann. She is survived by: her children, Glenn David Vann (Debbie) of Quicksburg, Dennis Elwood Vann (Sheri) of Harrisonburg, James Elwood Vann (Ella) of West Virginia and Glenda Faye Tusing (Freddie) of Mt. Jackson. She is also survived by five granddaughters, 14 great-grandchildren and numerous great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Orkney Springs Fire and Rescue Squad or the Shriners Hospital.
