She is survived by: her children, Edward William Seay (Deana Schneeman) of Boyce, VA and Debra Lynn Seay (Richard) of Colonial Beach, VA; her stepchildren, Brad Walport (Michelle) of Richmond, VA. and Suzanne Will (Stewart) of Edinburg, VA; her grandchildren, Echo Cox, Andrea Wilson, Roy Hubbard, Jessica Schneeman, Samantha McConnell, William Schneeman, Cody Schneeman and Moss Will; and her siblings, John David Snoots and Clesta Louise Rhodes. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
