He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Spinnard and Pauline Virginia Willis; and his siblings, Fay Jackson and Frances Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Charrie Pendleton-Willis; his children, Patrick Kevin Pendleton (Charlene), Christopher Alen Pendleton, Lloyd Wade Newman and Sara Newman; and his siblings, Wilbert Mitchell, Ray Mitchell and Teresa Davis. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
