He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Barbara Scanga (Capp). He is survived by: his father Robert Joseph Scanga; his daughters, Lauren Scanga and Abigail Scanga; his grandchildren, Scott Saberg III, Alessandra Rose Washington and Elias James Washington; and the mother of his children Melinda Scanga (Brown).
