He is survived by: his wife Rhonda K. Hedrick of Mt. Sidney; his sons, Preston Hedrick, Benjamin S. Hedrick (Jennifer), Daniel Hedrick (Grace) and Mike Hedrick; his stepchildren, Craig Williams (Sara) and Katie Sutherland (Andrew); his sister Judy Blosser; and his grandchildren, Lydia, Josiah, Olivia, Scarlett, Desmond, Lilah, Evangeline, Cole, Cooper, Sydney, Stella, McKinley, Lakyn, Deacon and Elijah.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (620 Essex Dr, Staunton, VA 24401). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.
