He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph C. Horn and Margie Mae Horn (Vint); and his wife Karen Horn (Sheffer). He is survived by: his sons, Curtis Horn (Tina), Tracy Horn (Jennifer) and Ricky Horn (Audrey); his brother Charles Horn; his grandchildren, Brandon Horn (Gracen), Bryce Horn (Kelsey), Katie Horn, Megan Gilliam (Jesse), Makayla Horn, Roxanna Horn, Riley Horn, Michael Carper (Eden) and Danial Shaver (Margo); his great grandchildren, Dawson Horn, Gabe Horn, Calvin Gilliam, William Shaver and Rylan Payne; his niece Kim Nixon (Tom); and his nephew Chuck Horn (Jill).
