He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester A. Weatherly Sr. and Dorothy Weatherly (Wade). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Weatherly (Banks); his brother Jerry Weatherly (Brenda); his children, Pendle, Orvin (Marleny) and Karan (George); his granddaughters, Vanessa (Jasper) and Latoya; and his great grandchild Aaliyah. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jefferson Funeral Chapel (5755 Castlewellan Dr, Alexandria, VA 22315-5516). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Arlington National Cemetery (1 Memorial Ave, Fort Myer, VA 22211).
