She was predeceased by: her parents, Arcadio Ramos and Lucille Browning Ramos Morris; her siblings, Reyes Ramos, Raymond Ramos, Virginia "Jean" Frazier, Randall Ramos, Brenda Phillips, Sharon Albert and Bucky Morris; her son-in-law Mark West; and her great grandchildren, Keira and Trevor Catron.
She is survived by: her husband Loman Jackson "Jack" Vaughn; her children, Connie Blankenship (Richard), Ricky Vaughn (Carla), Norma Adkins (Gary), Jackie Vaughn (Angie) and Brenda West; and her grandchildren, Holly, Shane, Heath, Candice, Christopher, Samantha, Josh, Olivia, Landon, Toshia, Brandon, Travis, Courtney and Matthew.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kendall Funeral Home (605 Snidow St, Pembroke, VA 24136). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
