He is survived by: his wife Kim Mullins of Narrows; his son Matthew Mullins (Logan) of Narrows; his siblings, Burns Mullins (Kris) of Wytheville, Bernadine Carter (Joe) of Blacksburg, Marion Fitzgerald (Jim) of Salem, Frances Martin (Roger) of Narrows, Della Johnson (Jeff) of White Gate, Gail Moye (Dale) of Charlotte, Jean Bartley (Ronnie) of Pearisburg, Benny Mullins (Maggie) of Rich Creek, Cathy Ratcliffe (Gene) of Pearisburg, Lousie Mason (Mace) of Christiansburg, Donald Mullins (Toni) of Narrows, Mike Mullins (Sharon) of Texas, Debbie Shrader (Freddy) of Pearisburg and Sheila Spicer of Rich Creek; his brother-in-law Haven Dobbins (Crystal) of Narrows; his siblings' children, Mary Hetherington, Holly Row, Nicky Klein, Stone Mullins, Brooklynne Mullins, Jessica Johnson and Levi Dobbins; and his close friends, Benny Hagy and Fred Pierson.
