She was predeceased by: her parents, Oakley Hobert Blankenship and Mildred Clarice Hare; her brother Rufus Blankenship; and her brother-in-law Dustin Pettrey. She is survived by: her son Michael Lee Blankenship (Stephen Wade) of Narrows; her granddaughters, Bridgett Blankenship and Brooklyn Blankenship; her siblings, Stanley Blankenship (Darlene) of Narrows and Janetta Pettrey of Lerona, WV; her niece Ashley Jennings of Athens; and her nephew Matthew Pettrey (Mazy) of Lerona, WV. She is also survived by 5 great nephews.
