She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Patrick and Mattie Monroe Patrick; her husband Robert Tune; her son Robert "Bobby" Tune; and her siblings, Johnnie Patrick, Gracie Monroe, Nannie Mae Gilbert, Lucille Barksdale, Ruth Jennings, Betty Johnson and Vastine Tune.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Fuller, Rodney "Ronnie" Tune (Barbara), Brenda Tune Fuller, Randy "Skeet" Tune, Debbie King (LeRoy) and Charlene McCargo (Valente Rodriguez); her grandchildren, Tra'cey Dejarnette, Melissa Tune, Rodney Howard Tune, Brittany Phillips, Justin Fuller, Amy Cook, Latoya Logan, Brandon King, Jasmine King, Bria McCargo, Malik McCargo, Lisa Miller, Jeanette Miller and Connell Miller; her daughter-in-law Susan Tune; her godson Deacon Marvin Tune; her sisters-in-law, Tina Tune of Richmond and Catherine Tune of Lynchburg, Virginia; her goddaughters, Dorothy Boyd and Faye Bruce; and her cousin Hattie Ham. She is also survived by extended family, church family, and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Staunton Baptist Church. A burial was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the same location.
