She is survived by: her children, Vivian Hubbard, Annette Wade and Roosevelt Jones; her siblings, Ollie Chambers, Dorothy Burks, Betty Slayton, Gaynell DeJarnette and Willie DeJarnette; her sister-in-law Jessie Mae DeJarnette; and her sons-in-law, Garther Hubbard (Deal) and Winfred Wade. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the New Second Buffalo Baptist Church (6075 Stage Coach Rd, Nathalie, VA 24577). A burial will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at the Barbour Family Cemetery (6174 Leda Rd, Nathalie, VA 24577).
