Barbara Crute Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2025, at the age of 84, Barbara Crute of Nelson, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Seate and Lizzie Puryear Seate; her sister Joyce Tingen; and her daughter Sarah Jean Crute. She is survived by: her husband George "Abe" Adams Crute; her children, Janice Wiles (Floyd), Jackie Crute, George Crute (Sandy), Scott Crute and Bobby Crute (Amy); and her siblings, Alice Loftis (Donald), Pat Matthews (William "Sug"), Jimmy Nelson Seate (Mable) and Forrest Jacobs. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren & great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Barbara's family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
