He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion M. Terry, Sr. and Eliza B. Terry; his wife Marsha Terry; and his siblings, Lola Laney, Chester Terry, Marion Terry Jr. and Vera Garner.
He is survived by: his daughter Ifama Terry; his stepchildren, LaTonya Pounds (Robert), Antonia Murphy (Leon) and Henry Roby, Jr.; and his siblings, Torres Terry (Rita) and Evonnie Gbadebo. He is also survived by six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Antioch United Church of Christ (357 Antioch Church Rd, Henderson, NC 27537).
