It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Slosson of Nelson, Virginia, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Kennedy and Alice Kennedy of Batesville; her husband Richard Mayo Slosson of Nelson County; and her brother Tommy. She is survived by : her children, Rick Slosson (Marylee) and Debbie Slosson Carlson (Eric); and her grandchildren, Scott Slosson (Sarah) of Phoenix Maryland, Megan Shorb (Alex) of Sparks Maryland and Joshua Carlson of Goochland, VA..
