She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas "Jerry" Bohanon Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Lisa B. Parkhurst (Chris) of Dunnsville, Thomas J. Bohanon Jr. (Vicky) of Glen Allen and Jason R. Bohanon (Monica) of Mathews; her grandchildren, Lindsay Jett (Robbie), Christopher Parkhurst (Tia), Colin Bohanon (Sarah), Gavin Bohanon, Ian Bohanon, Khorbin Bohanon, Cole Bohanon and Connor Bohanon; her great grandchildren, Bridget and Alice Jett; and her pet Blue.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
