She is survived by: her siblings, Ed (Martha), Ronnie (Sherrie), Harold (Rachel), Haz Marks and Nancy Mattox; her sister-in-law Joyce Headford; her children, Kenneth Edward Brizendine (Anna) and Leisa Luanne Brizendine Surface (Frank); her grandchildren, Rachel Smith (Ricky), Kyle Edward (Sammie), David Conyers (Alex), Jennifer Maria Hegg, Lara Elizabeth Bice (David), Carter Alysanne Boaze (Michael) and Olivia Pearl Hansen (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Nathan Smith, Avery Smith, Landon Smith, Amelia Lynn Louise Brizendine, Ryland Goode, Thomas Goode, Skylar Harper, David Byron Bice III, Bailey Virginia Hegg, Wyatt Chandler Hegg, Aurora Carter Bice, Edward Robert Boaze and Henry Carter Boaze.
A burial will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Brickey Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Amelia Emergency Squad (P.O. Box 888, Amelia, VA 23002) or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
