She is survived by: her husband Virgil J. Tingler of New Castle; her children, Lisa Osborne of Covington, Pamela Kincaid (David) of Hot Springs, Debbie Smith (Jamey) of Covington, Robert Hinkle of Covington, Gary Hinkle (Melissa) of Covington and Steven Tingler (Cornelia) of Salem; her siblings, Patricia Merson (Skippy) of New Castle, Wayne Bowen of Covington, Albin Bowen (Carol) of Maryland and Gary Bowen (Helen) of North Carolina; her siblings-in-law, Joann Wright (David) of New Castle and Donald Tingler (Mary) of Covington; and her daughters-in-law, Kathy Hinkle and Kathrine Hixson. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
