Sylvia Wesby Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 8, 2021, at the age of 79, Sylvia Wesby of New Hope, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Deacon George Haskins, Sr.; her brother Bishop George Haskins, Jr.; and her daughter Denise Lovick. She is survived by: her mother Evangelist Fannie Haskins of Chesapeake; her sister Phyllis McCann of Chesapeake; her sister-in-law Dianne Haskins of Upper Marlboro, MD; her children, Debora Keeling and James Fortson, Jr.; her grandchildren, Michael Robinson, Jr., LaToya Fries, Milton Lovick, Jr., Lamont Fortson and Justin Robinson; and her godchildren, Phyllis Palmer and Joshua Overton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
