She was predeceased by: her parents, J. J. Thompson and Ruth Thompson; her husband Llewelyn Evelyn; her children, David, Walter "Happy" Evelyn and Jonna Evelyn; and her brother Clyde Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Marcy J. Evelyn, Peggy E. Smith (B. T.) and James Castle; her sister-in-law Shirley Perrin; her grandchildren, Bernie Smith, Nikki Byrd (Eric) and David Evelyn; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Tyson Smith and Braden Byrd. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
