He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Barksdale Johnson and Harold Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Stanley Johnson; his son Harold Parr Johnson III; his grandson Dustin Johnson (Diana); and his sister Teresa MacGregor (Harry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
