He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arp and Evelyn Hutcherson Arp; his brothers, David, Michael, George and Charles; and his son Raymond Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Kim; his daughters, Suzann Turner Messick (Craig) of Hampton and Jan Cantu-Stickney (Stacy) of Fredericksburg; his grandchildren, Megan, Marisa, Mina, Josh and Addison; and his sister Deborah Arp of Dayton, OH..
