He was predeceased by : his parents, Everett Lee and Geraldine Biller Shipp. He is survived by : his daughters, Tonya Southers (Steve Glenn) of Shenandoah, VA and Dennise Lee Myers (Colin) of Monroe, NC; his stepdaughter Lisa Long (Adam) of New Market, VA; his grandchildren, Jakob Southers (Cheyanne), Addyson Glenn and Ian Myers; his great grandchildren, Kalvin Southers and Everett Southers; and his close friend Brenda Schuyler.
