He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Helen Searles Rouchleau and Robert Philip Norway. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Kathleen Gray; his significant other's children, Clinton "Buck" (Becky) and Amandalynn Gray; and his siblings, Douglas R Norway (Rebecca), Joseph Ostrout, Donald John Nelson "DJ" (Melissa), Tammy Martell (Gene), Gail Ostrout and Marie Norway. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
