He was predeceased by: his parents, Estel Lowman Taylor and Sarah Mae Wright Taylor; his daughter Teresa Gravely; and his siblings, Hazel M. Walker, Lucille Thomas, Mary Hall, Garnett Lowman Taylor, Ernest W. Taylor and Junior L. Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Curtis David Taylor, Sharon (Dublin), Annette Michelle Gravely (Pulaski), Roberta Marie Edwards (Pulaski) and Robert Dallen Taylor (Pulaski); his sisters, Sadie Mae Warden and Betty Evelyn Friddle; and his siblings' children, Pam Maxwell, Ramona Palmer, Roger Taylor, Jackie Warden and Keith Taylor. He is also survived by Nine Grandchildren Several Great Grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery (5550 Bagging Plant Rd, Dublin, VA 24084).
