Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Rose - Emily Memorial Chapel of C. C. Carter Funeral Home (3700 Marshall Ave, Newport News, VA 23607). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025.
