Simpson (Curtis G. Simpson) and Calvin Slade (Derrick Slade); his siblings' children, Nicole Elliott, Edward Swinton, Tracy Henry, Chris Swinton, Jerre Baldwin, Daniel Williams, Ebony Slade, Deandre Slade, Tasha Slade, Tameeka Slade, Calvin Slade Jr., Alaina Steele and Darrel Steele; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tamara Morning, Ayana Smith, Chris Smith, Victoria Henry, Gwendolyn Yates, Bianca Morning and Brody Swinton.
Viewing will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ronald C. Perkins Funeral Home (251 W Queen St, Hampton, VA 23669). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Harvest Church (5889 Jefferson Ave, Newport News, VA 23605).
