He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Sue Fox; his parents, Robert "Bobby" Lee Fox Jr. and Betty Love Fox; his brothers, Donald Wayne Fox and Daniel Ray Fox; his uncle Kenneth "Kinky" Wayne Fox; and his cousin James "Jimbo" Robert Fox.
He is survived by: his daughter Natalee Campagnola; his stepchildren, Becky Collins (James) and Timmy Adams; and his grandsons, Jacob Campagnola, Joseph Campagnola and Jesse Brown. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
