He is survived by: his siblings, Jack Hager, Ron Owens, Faye Cole, Everett Owens and Frankie Howell; his family Ray; his wife Carol Ann Howell; his children, Lauren Robinson (Rodney Gallimore) of Radford, VA, Jonathan Howell (Dicy) of Newport, VA, Cindy Lang (Chris) of Pearisburg, VA, Alison Croy (Keith) of Newport, VA and Tommy Howell (Krista) of Newport, VA.; and his grandchildren, Megan Quesenberry, Josh Howell (Whitney), Jon-Jon Howell, Andrew Bales, Sean Croy, Zach Croy, Hayley Howell and Kinsey Howell.
