She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar Carroll and Patricia Carroll; and her husband Donald Davis. She is survived by: her brother Brett Carroll; her aunt Joyce Carroll (Brian); her sibling's children, Adam Carroll (Courtney) and Brittany Carroll; and her great-niece Charlotte Carroll.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Monaghan Funeral Home (7300 Creighton Pkwy, Mechanicsville, VA 23111).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that any donations go towards spreading Debbie's passion for helping animals. Please donate to any local animal shelter near you in her honor.
